  1. as much as this project seemed like it would be fun, i lost my drive and couldn't take it as far as I had originally wanted to. Had a busy week, and I guess I just got bored. I also cheated and cropped off the feet since i didn't finsh them. I'm ready for NEXT WEEK.... i want to actually draw something instead of just coloring.

  2. Mark, you're being too hard on yourself. I think out of any of us you stayed most true to the inspiration. This is really great, i let out an audible "wow" when i saw it. Very impressive brother!

  3. I agree w/ Zach. This is one of my favs of yours so far. The texture brushes u made are great. I like that its still on the original paper on the desk too. Looks like he came to life. You managed to keep the childlike spirit/imagination intact.Love it!

  4. Nice work Mark! I think the opportunity to draw was left alone with regard to backgrounds and such, but the end result is still awesomely rendered. It looks like a built up watercolor, lovely! And the feelers face has some awesomeness going on.

  5. I really like that the background is the paper and the desk. It really feels like "if a kid full rendered it", which was the whole point of the project. The textures are awesome.

  7. I like it mark. It's weird how different I was imagining the monster. I thought he was kind of an abominable snowman from the first drawring. It's tough to let go and just run with this stuff isn't it?
